MEAT PACKING LINE
This was a turnkey project with members of the Ingenium team taking the client's requirements through design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning to handover.
The project deliverables were further enhanced by full scanning and rendering of the proposed solution, allowing for a virtual reality tour by the client's team prior to final sign off of the design

WEIGH HEAD & PACKING DISTRIBUTION
This project unlocked a bottleneck in the client's process. A single weigh head was replaced by two, requiring relocation of services and the manufacture of a new platform and product distribution system. To ensure the bottleneck was not pushed downstream, a single packing station was replaced by three new stations and a fully automated distribution system.
SPIRAL FREEZER INSTALLATION
This project unlocked the client's sales opportunity by significantly increasing the blast freeze capacity of the facility. A pre-cooling room with associated conveyor and air management system was erected to feed into a high speed and capacity spiral freezer coupled with a high capacity ammonia refrigeration system.
